Chose to stay at the Elwood due to the location and high ratings. Arrived and immediately loved the vibe. The staff was super friendly and always helpful.. Would definitely stay here again.

I really REALLY enjoyed my experience here. The staff was SO nice, and the manager is so funny. We had a funny moment when she walked me up to my room, and if I had any issue with anything, she was ON it. Really great. I was here for work. Sheets changed by the time I got back in, fresh towels, really home-y decor... 10/10. Will be back when in Lexington.

Great stay for a quick trip to see my brother graduate! It's close enough to campus, but you have to drive or Uber to get places. The restaurant on-sit was awesome. Delicious food & awesome vibes. Our hotel room was clean, upgraded & had plenty of space for our toddler to play around. Would stay again!

The Elwood hotel provided a uniquely charming experience. Utilizing the lift and discovering the conservatory were pleasant surprises. The spacious rooms featured a charming fridge, while the bed offered superior comfort and exceptional linens. Contrary to typical hotel fare, the food was outstanding, suggesting the expertise of a skilled chef. The staff's exceptional service and the hotel's warm atmosphere made for a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at the Elwood Hotel in Kentucky for a two-day business trip, and it was truly an excellent experience. The highlight of my stay was dining in and trying their salmon house salad, which was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that made my business trip feel more like a getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. A delightful surprise was getting to meet the talented artist Alixandra Jade during my visit. Her work is stunning, and meeting her in person was definitely a fan-girl moment for me! Overall, the Elwood Hotel provided a fantastic blend of comfort, culinary delight, and unexpected artistic encounters. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Kentucky, whether for business or pleasure. Might I add this was the first time I’ve ever stayed at a boutique hotel and hearing the story of the owners from LA and their experiences was truly a gem and added to the story of the hotel.

I loved the look of the hotel, & our room was so cute. The staff was super nice & accommodating. We ate dinner at the restaurant, and the food & service there was great as well. Highly recommended!

This is such a neat place! The beds are Comfy! Dog friendly, employees were so nice and welcoming and everything was nice and clean! Honestly this is one of the neatest hotels id ever stayed at! Would highly recommend!

While traveling with my mom and daughter, I was concerned that this room would not offered the space we needed. However, I was wrong! The corner suite is one of the most spacious rooms I have ever stayed in. Additionally, being a bit germaphobic, I am always concerned about cleanliness, but I must say that Elwood Hotel exceeded my expectations. We had a pleasant stay. The only concern was the limited parking due to the busy UK homecoming weekend.

I can honestly say, having stayed at hotels around the country, that this is one of the best. My wife and I stayed for our 18th Anniversary and were so impressed that wd will be returning. The staff are amazing, the food is top tier and the rooms are spacious and cozy. The proximity to many shops, activities and districts makes it ideal. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Fiddletree! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, stylish, and inviting. The space has such a relaxing vibe — perfect for a date night, a work trip dinner, or even just unwinding after a long day. The service was exceptional. Maddie & Grayson were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests were taken care of. It’s rare to find service that feels effortless and personable at the same time, but they nailed it! The food was delicious (wish I had snapped a pic, but I DOVE IN)! Every dish was fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. If you’re in Lexington, do yourself a favor and stop here. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back!
